I am an Architect, mother and citizen of Las Rosas, I work in the municipality since 2016 as Director of Planning, it is my first experience in the public sector. In the private sector I have my own studio, I was a Teacher and Director at the Dante Alighieri School, I have participated in the Commissions of Clubs and other intermediate institutions of my city. I am an Environmental Auditor according to IRAN 14001 Standards and I have completed a postgraduate degree in Public Policies. I believe that we all have the possibility to change the environment where we are, the important thing is to be convinced of the objectives. Although it may seem utopian, we must assume the risk and above all the responsibility in everything we undertake. Getting involved is the only way to start creating another future.

I am Andrés Manías, I am 31 years old, father of two children, student of the career of Law, Diploma in Public Management for Local and Regional Development (U.N.V.M.)In the field of Provincial Public Management, I was Departmental Representative of the Córdoba Youth Agency and the Banco Provincia de Córdoba Foundation (2011-2013); Administrative Director of the Regional Development Center (2013-2015). Since December 2015 to date, I serve as General Director of Economic, Social and Educational Development of the Municipality of the city of San Francisco.

I am Bautista. I started working in the City Government. Then in Tres de Febrero, at the beginning of 2016. I was coordinator in Human Development, then advisor to the Mayor, then Director of Monitoring and Strategic Planning, then Undersecretary of Coordination and currently I am Secretary of Strategic Affairs and Coordination. I am an Economist from UBA and did a Master's Degree in Public Policy at UTDT. I am passionate about leaving everything to serve the neighbors and especially to work to transform the reality of those who have the least and the most forgotten. I love working in teams and I am passionate about the great challenges that change the lives of the people.

My trajectory in public service dates from 5 years to date. I joined the proposal of the then elected Mayor Omar De Marchi. Within the framework of the Fundación Pensar, I shared the technical work tables to lead the Road Works area. We got to the management with the technical team in December of 2015. During the first 6 months I served as Head of Pavement Maintenance, then I was promoted to Director of Municipal Works and later, in mid-2017 I took over as Undersecretary of Infrastructure. In 2018, on the occasion of the assumption as National Deputy of the current Mayor Sebastián Bragagnolo, at that time Secretary of Government, a new municipal organization chart was configured creating the Chief of Cabinet. I assumed this role during the last two years of Omar De Marchi's administration, replacing Sebastián in the tasks of strategic coordination of the administration. In Sebastián's current administration, he called me to join him as his Chief of Staff.

I am a lawyer, I have a teaching degree and a master's degree in procedural law. In 2014 I joined the Secretary of Production, where I am currently the Undersecretary. Since I joined I work in several foreign trade programs to strengthen the export and digital transformation of SMEs. We launched a call from the municipality with a series of meetings, so that they can, together with the faculty of industrial engineering, carry out a digital transformation plan. Another axis is the strengthening of businesses and especially empowering women who are leading entrepreneurships and companies, and who have a profile oriented to digitalization and innovation. We recently made an articulation with Voces Vitales. We launched an ordinance for productive settlements, I have experience in forming teams for drafting regulations at local and provincial level. What I enjoy most about public service, besides the vocation of service, is the ability we have from our places to transform realities and build better public policies.

I was born in Capitán Sarmiento, I am 35 years old. In 2012 I moved to C.A.B.A. due to personal circumstances, where I started working for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires in the "Healthy Stations" program where I taught gym classes to seniors and also coordinated the health team, and after two years I was called for its supervision. That year I began to participate in PRO meetings, and I always joined in different solidarity activities that were proposed. One day I started to call people from my city who wanted to change the reality of the city, and that is how we created the PRO party and a great work team. Today I reside again in Cap Sto. having been elected Councilwoman in the period 2015-2019 for the party Cambiemos. In the elections of October 27, 2019 I was re-elected councilor for the party Juntos por el Cambio for the period 2019-2023.I am currently on leave in the position of councilor occupying the position of Secretary of Government.

I am Gabriela Gauna, I am 32 years old, I live in the city of Corrientes. I am a lawyer, notary public and university teacher, I am currently working as Undersecretary of Modernization of the Municipality of this city. Since I was young I have always been interested and participated in politics; I was a candidate for the student center in my beloved National College and years later I was already contesting electoral positions. I always considered it a tool for social transformation that allows to generate necessary changes in society. In 2010, I began to join the Ari Civic Coalition (party in which I also currently play different institutional roles) and it was there that I found my vocation for public service, another way of doing politics, with values, close to the neighbors and respecting the institutions. Today, as a civil servant, I work daily to generate changes that transcend me, that last and that, through innovation, generate deep transformations with value for the citizen.

I started in Human Resources areas, in Boehringer Arg., Merck Química, and as Head of Selection and Development at Cooperativa Eléctrica de Bariloche. Then I continued as an external consultant. 20 years ago I started working with the Municipality of Bariloche, training the staff of the Human Resources Department. I have a degree in Labor Relations and I am a social psychologist. So I saw the need for further training, and I did postgraduate studies in Civil Society and Local Development (FLACSO), and a Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy orientation (UNQ).
My thesis was on Municipal Management Models. At the same time I was the founder of the Bariloche Facilitators Network. In 2012, after working in technical assistance of the Civil Association Grupo Encuentro (with funding from the APAC project, then Proniño de F. Telefónica) I was called to work in the Undersecretary of Community Participation of the Ministry of Security of Río Negro. In December 2015 I took charge of the Undersecretary of Public Function and after the reelection of Mayor Gustavo Gennuso I am Secretary of PyEPP.

I am a lawyer, I work in a law firm where I am currently a partner. I started working when I was a kid before I graduated. I was a leader in the San Martin Club. I started in 2015 for two years as chief advisor of the Ministry of Education, and then I became director of investigations of the province for two more years. I was part of the security table in the ministry of government. I was campaign manager in the last elections and currently I am secretary of government. What I like most about my job is the contact with the people, to get in touch with them, I always like to think about security. I understand politics from the simple things, if we fulfill them we would be a different country and they would last through actions. This country is marked by the instability of policies, which makes it a constant toboggan where the abrupt change of actions and leaders does not manage to stabilize policies that should transcend beyond whoever is in government. That we have action policies that transcend the ruling class and consolidate as something that belongs to the Argentineans.

Since I was 17 years old I have been linked to the printing industry from the private sector, and from this place I was linked to the Industrial Center of Carlos Casares to later work in the Industrial Union of the Province of Buenos Aires. In that entity I served as President of the Youth Department of the Province of Buenos Aires and occupied the first Youth Vice-Presidency in the Executive Committee. With the experience gained, in 2015 I accepted the challenge of working in public service in my municipality, where I have worked until today. The passage through the different areas of work, from my company with the vision of what happens in the private sector, through the business union leadership and currently in public service has allowed me to have a broadened view in terms of territorial development with an eye on social aspects, education and work.

I am passionate about public service. It is what I dedicated myself to even before I graduated as a lawyer. My first experience for four years was as a thematic assistant at the Human Rights Observatory, under the National Human Rights Secretariat in agreement with the European Union; in the meantime I graduated as a Human Rights Specialist. Then, also for four years, I was part of the monitoring team of the Registry of Employers and Agricultural Workers of the Ministry of Labor of the Nation. After that, I worked as Coordinator of the Secretariat of Legislative Affairs of the Ministry of Government of the Province of Salta. Afterwards, I was Councilwoman for the City of Salta for a period of time and at the end of my term, approximately three months ago, I was called to work as Undersecretary of Social Promotion, Inclusion and Disability in the Government of the City of Salta, under Bettina Romero, the first woman Mayor in the history of our city. All the above mentioned roles were characterized by their direct social impact. Thank you very much.

Almost 20 years ago I left home being very young and in search of a future, opportunities, experiences and dreams. On that road I studied, worked, struggled, fought, persisted, and succeeded. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, I developed professionally in a local private bank for almost 11 years, working with companies, but the most important thing was undoubtedly to form my family (today we are 4); all of this while being far from my city, from my affections, far from what is mine. One day I decided to return, to my town, Goya! in search of the same thing that almost 20 years ago had motivated me to leave it. It was a different kind of return because now I also had the need to give back, to share what I had learned along the way. Currently I work in the Municipality of Goya, in the Secretariat of Economic and Productive Planning, as Director in Program Evaluation. I am a Professor at the University, and an Entrepreneur.

I graduated as a lawyer at the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). I completed a Master's Degree in Administrative Law (MDA) at Universidad Austral, thesis pending. I worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the legal area. Then I joined San Miguel, as General Director of Communications, then in the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires as Chief of Advisors of the Ministry of Production, and later as Provincial Director of the Provincial Registry of Persons. I finally returned to San Miguel as Secretary of Security in 2018, and in 2020 also in charge of Modernization.

I grew up in a family interested in politics. I studied Architecture appealed by creative design processes, and after graduating I won an internship program in the USA where I worked for a year on complex projects. Upon my return in 2000, I got married and graduated. Then in 2001, I obtained a scholarship in Navarra where I did a Master's degree. After two years in Spain, we returned to Mendoza and in 2004 we created A4estudio with my partner: a space for personal, intellectual and professional development that allowed us to be elected best young Architecture Studio in the country in 2014, and which personally stimulated actions in public and politics. I intervened as an advisor with technical contributions. I was campaign manager in my father's candidacy for mayor (2007) and coordinator of technical infrastructure teams in Daniel Orozco's campaign (2015). In 2016, called by Rodolfo Suárez, I took over as Undersecretary of Urban Development where we were able to materialize an ambitious public works plan. Today I am 43 years old and since 2019 called by Ulpiano Suarez, I am Secretary of Urban Development.

I started as a militant in the student center of Nacional Dorrego de Morón. Then I presided over "Trece Ranchos", a non-partisan social organization dedicated mainly to promote citizen participation. I had a participation in the Ibero-American forum for social policies. Since 2013 I have been part of the socialist party, where I was a councilor until 2017. In March 2018 I was director of the Management Unit for Participatory Strategic Planning, for the elaboration of a land use plan articulating between institutions, government, citizenship, etc. In 2020 the Secretariat of which I am in charge was created, now having 3 more areas. What I like the most about my job is the possibility of concretizing dialogue, being part of the decisions, influencing the government agenda and somehow making things happen.

I have a degree in Political Science from the Catholic University of Córdoba. I have a postgraduate degree in Public Policy Management, and I was a CAF scholarship holder to participate in the Governance Program at the University of San Andrés (CABA). I worked as an advisor in the Legislature of Jujuy for 7 years; I also coordinated a CSR program in the tobacco production sector to prevent child labor in Jujuy. In addition, I was a political opinion columnist in two local television channels. Since 2015 I serve as Secretary of Planning, Development and Modernization of the City of San Salvador de Jujuy; and as of December 2019 I was put in charge of Culture and Tourism as well.
