Last October 27, we had Martina Rúa as a luxury guest, who gave a workshop to the entire community of Ambassadors on digital well-being and on how to manufacture quality time and “master the screens”. The objective was to provide tools to the ambassadors of all the litters so that they make better use of their time, on a personal level and in the teams they lead. They detected positive and negative habits, and reflected on the use of technology.

The meeting was held within the framework of "Tools to lead": exclusive spaces for Ambassadors 2021 and ALUMNIS (students of the previous litters of the Ambassadors Program) in which they are trained in specific skills to take action. The meetings are led by specialists, in a comprehensive manner, which allow the consolidation of learning and crystallize the growth process.

We thank KAS and Irradia for accompanying RIL in the development of the third edition of this program, which continues to grow!

Our selection of ambassadors consists of 18 municipal officials who participate monthly in training, motivation, reflection and relationship meetings, proposed by RIL, to strengthen their leadership skills.
