PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS TO STRENGTHEN THE TRAINING OFFER IN CAREERS OF THE FUTURE
Within the framework of the "Cities of Knowledge" Program, a meeting was held between references from Accenture Argentina, Club Argentec and Santander Tecnología Argentina in order to present the training paths they have to the cities participating in the program.
Santander Tecnología Argentina presented its Santec academy, an exclusive proposal for the cities of the Program, where 20 young trainees will start working in the Santander group after 5 weeks of training.
Accenture Argentina presented its Iniciatec training platform, where 25 people from vulnerable groups without basic knowledge will be able to access a scholarship for comprehensive training + English.
ARGENCON, through its Argentec Club, developed a learning platform with more than 50 training itineraries linking the existing free offer and in Spanish available in the market to facilitate the search and choice of short training sessions that promote an approach to technology.
Thanks to the public-private alliance, the cities that participate in the program will be able to access these and other academic proposals exclusively and free of charge so that more people in their cities have access to new opportunities.
