What happens the day after winning an election? Management begins and prior preparation is key.

We launched the course: "From the candidacy to the management", aimed at people who are part of campaign teams, and want to learn and obtain the necessary tools to start managing their city efficiently.

Through this course we accompany you and your team, so that they can translate their ideas into a government plan proposal and appropriate methodologies to make it a reality.

You will receive content aimed at expanding your strategic vision. For that you will learn management tools that facilitate the approach of the tasks of: diagnosis, project planning, coordination and monitoring, reporting, and evaluation. In addition, we will introduce ourselves to what a management balance implies.
