We invite you to share virtual spaces for reflection with specialists and colleagues to reflect on the keys to responsible transitions in local governments and how we can be protagonists in strengthening our democracy.

On September 6th at 2pm we will have the 3rd talk: "Emotions in times of uncertainty". Adela Cavia defines herself as a woman who builds bridges between diverse people with the aim of sharing and multiplying learning with social impact. 

She has a degree in Political Science, a master's degree in Communication and postgraduate studies in Management Development, Public Affairs and Social Responsibility. Seven years ago she founded RedCommunia, from where she facilitates change processes at a personal and organizational level with a focus on emotional education and resilience.
